Some reborners cut off a bit of the tip so that the impression left on the vinyl is that of a circle,  whilst others leave it intact so that the size of the circle varies with the amount of pressure when dabbing against the vinyl. Dab lightly into paint , dab off excess and then pounce on vinyl in an overlapping pattern to produce a blotchy skin effect. Alternatively you can have the wet paint on the doll already and use the Berry Maker to remove the paint from the vinyl. Experiment to find a way that suits you best.
